What to cook this week

Firstly, a massive thank you to you all for supporting this newsletter and my page. I hope they bring you even a fraction of the joy they bring me.
This week we are going to cook three easy dishes. Minimum prep, maximum yum. There are a few Asian recipes but they all hit differently so I promise you won’t be bored. This is one of my ways to keep food waste at a minimum.

Easy: Satay Chicken Tray Bake
Easy: Spicy garlic butter linguine
Easy: Hot and sour salmon (or chicken)
