Hi everyone,
I hope you had a good week. I certainly did! I have finally decided on my one big goal of the year and that is to present wholly as myself. From embracing the food I really want to make, not just for the masses to wrapping my little world in the things that make me happy. I think this weeks menu is a nice reflection of that. It is a little different in terms of flavour and preparation but is familiar, like the comforting feeling of a slight stretch in the evening.
